What this site is

qaldy.com presents Qaldy AI, a business automation company from Astana, and lets you send us a project request. The Qaldy Cloud page at qaldy.com/cloud describes a product we are building and lets you ask for early access by email; it does not give access to the product.

Using the site does not create a contract. Any work is agreed separately and in writing. The site has no AI assistant at the moment; if we add one, we will update these terms first.

Who runs the site

The site is operated by «Qaldy AI» Limited Liability Company (BIN 241140033566), 8 K. Mukhamedkhanov St., non-residential premises 5, Nura district, Astana 010000, Republic of Kazakhstan (“Qaldy AI”, “we”, “us”). General Director: Timur Kaldybayev.

Sending a request

• Give accurate details, and share other people’s personal data only with their permission.
• Do not send passwords, bank card numbers, your IIN or other sensitive data in the form or in messages to us.
• A request does not oblige either side to work together. A member of our team replies personally.
• How we handle the details you send is described in the Privacy Policy.

Acceptable use

Please do not:

• try to get around rate limits, spam protection or other security measures;
• try to access the admin console, other people’s data or any part of the service that is not public;
• send unlawful, abusive or misleading content, or spam;
• scrape the site with automated tools, or overload the service.

We may block access that breaks these rules.

Your content

What you send in a request stays yours. You allow us to use it to answer you and to prepare and discuss a proposal, as described in the Privacy Policy.

Our content and other brands

The site’s texts, design, graphics and code belong to Qaldy AI. You may share links to the site but not copy it or reuse its content commercially without our permission. Other names and trademarks shown on the site belong to their owners, and linked products run on their own websites under their own terms.

Availability

We provide the site “as is”. We work to keep it available and accurate, but we may change, pause or stop any part of it at any time, for example for maintenance or security.

Liability

To the extent the law allows, Qaldy AI is not liable for indirect or consequential losses arising from use of the site, or for decisions made only on the basis of information on the site. Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot be limited by law.

Governing law

These terms are governed by the laws of the Republic of Kazakhstan. Disputes are resolved by the competent courts of Astana, unless mandatory law gives you another choice.

Changes to these terms

We may update these terms. The date at the top shows when they last changed; the version in force when you use the site applies.
