Cookie Policy
Cookies are small files a website keeps in your browser. We use only what the site needs to work. Analytics run only if you allow them and add no cookies of their own. You can change your choice at any time under “Cookie settings” at the bottom of every page.

Essential cookies
These are the only cookies the site sets. Visitors get at most the first two.
| Name | Purpose | Duration |
|---|---|---|
| qaldy_consent | Remembers your analytics choice and which policy version you saw. Set only after you choose | 180 days |
| NEXT_LOCALE | Remembers the language you switched to (English, Kazakh or Russian) when it differs from your browser’s language | Until you close the browser |
| qaldy.session_token and related | Keeps team members signed in to the admin console. Set only for our team, never for visitors | Up to 3 days |
| sidebar_state | Remembers whether the admin console’s side menu is open. Team only | 7 days |
Browser storage
The Qaldy Cloud page at qaldy.com/cloud remembers its language in your browser’s storage for this site (localStorage, key qaldy.locale), so it opens in the same language next time. The entry stays until you clear the site’s data. The Qaldy Cloud page sets no cookies, runs no analytics and has no forms.
Analytics, only with your permission
If you choose “Allow analytics”, the site sends page views (the page address without query parameters, and the language) and whether you send the form to our own server, which keeps them in our database for 400 days. This adds no cookies or browser storage: only your choice is kept, in the qaldy_consent cookie.
If you choose “Essential only”, nothing is sent for analytics. We still record the service events the site needs to run, as the Privacy Policy explains.
Tools that are switched off
The site uses no analytics or bot-protection service from another company today. If we switch on PostHog analytics (EU Cloud, Frankfurt), it would run only after “Allow analytics”, keep its identifiers in your browser’s storage for this site (localStorage) and set no cookies. If we switch on Cloudflare Turnstile bot protection, it would run in a frame from challenges.cloudflare.com and set no cookies on our domain. We will update this policy before switching either on.
Changing your choice
Use “Cookie settings” at the bottom of any page to allow or withdraw analytics. You can also delete cookies and site data in your browser settings; the banner will then ask again. More about how we handle personal data is in the Privacy Policy.
